Case Study - Luxury Attaché, New York City Concierge

As the rich get richer and corporations seek ways to retain key employees, personal and corporate concierge services have flourished. We approached Luxury Attaché, New York City's premier luxury concierge service because their website www.luxuryattache.com was 100% flash and contained no searchable text.  The end result was that their site was not showing up anywhere for key search phrases.

So we decided to do a test; leave the existing flash site alone and create a mirror site but in HTML format. So, the sites will look the same but one will have searchable text and the other site invisible. The cool part of this plan is that this decision will not create duplicate web content. We purchased the URL www.nyconciergeservice.com and worked with their existing web programmer to create an SEO friendly site.

Since we created a new website, it will take a few months for it to come completely out of the Google "sandbox" so until then, we are creating quality inbound links that have already been effective in placing Luxury Attaché on page one of Yahoo and Google.  We already have seen some amazing organic search results through the strong URL and content development projects on the website and in the blogosphere.

The Luxury Attaché  project was an example of how websites that are 100% flash are great to look at but horrible for search.  A 100% flash site is lost and can never be competitive.  Our new HTML website was indexed and jumped ahead of the flash site for basic search in a matter of 3 weeks.

On March 26, 2007 the the the following rankings in Google for the terms shown below which pull up the Luxury Attaché HTML website or articles written about their works on related websites that link back to their website.  Since the website was just launched at the end of February, we are just at the beginning of the SEO study.
